Who we are
I Revive Capital LLC is a commercial financing broker. We connect businesses seeking working capital with funding partners. We are not a lender ourselves; the financing offered through our platform is provided by third-party funders.
How we get paid
We may receive a commission, broker fee, or other compensation from the funding partner when a transaction closes. This compensation may vary by funder, product, and deal size. The cost of our services is built into the financing offer presented to you — you do not pay us directly out of pocket.
What we offer (and don't)
The products available through us include merchant cash advances, business term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, SBA-eligible products, and invoice factoring. Specific products available depend on your business profile, time in business, monthly revenue, and other underwriting factors. We do not offer consumer loans, payday loans, or personal financing.
Cost of capital
Commercial financing — and merchant cash advances in particular — can carry a higher effective cost of capital than traditional bank financing. Always review the full payment schedule, factor rate, fees, and total payback amount before signing. We strongly encourage applicants to compare offers and consult their accountant or attorney.
Not a guarantee
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Approval, amount, rate, and terms are determined by the funding partner based on their underwriting criteria.
Credit pulls
Your application authorizes us and our funding partners to pull business and personal credit reports. Most funders perform a "soft pull" during pre-qualification (no credit-score impact) and a "hard pull" only at the time of contract. Hard pulls may temporarily affect your credit score.
Information sharing
By applying, you consent to us sharing your application with multiple funding partners simultaneously to obtain the best terms available. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Communication consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from us regarding your application, including via automated dialing systems. Standard message and data rates apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP. Transactional messages related to your active application or account may continue regardless.
