These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online platform operated by I Revive Capital LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing this site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
1. Eligibility
You may use this site only if you are (a) at least 18 years old, (b) authorized to act on behalf of the business you're applying for, and (c) located in the United States. We do not offer services outside the U.S.
2. Application process
Submitting an application does not constitute an offer of funding or guarantee that funding will be approved. All applications are subject to underwriting review by us and our funding partners. Approval, terms, and rates are at the sole discretion of the funding party.
3. Accuracy of information
You represent that all information you submit is true, complete, and accurate. We rely on the information you provide. Submitting false or misleading information may result in declination, contract revocation, and possible legal action.
4. Authorization
By submitting an application, you authorize us and our funding partners to (a) verify the information provided, (b) obtain consumer and business credit reports, (c) contact your bank, landlord, and trade references, and (d) share your application with potential funders.
5. Not a personal loan
Products offered through this platform are commercial financing products provided to businesses, including merchant cash advances, business loans, and lines of credit. They are not consumer loans and are not subject to consumer-lending laws such as the federal Truth in Lending Act.
6. No advisor relationship
We are a financing broker. We are not your financial advisor, attorney, accountant, or fiduciary. Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult your own professionals before signing any agreement.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its design, content, and software are owned by I Revive Capital LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will I Revive Capital LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of this site.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Revive Capital LLC from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in FL, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
